2009 NEOLA Camp and Trip Registration

Remember to include all of the necessary documents (copies of insurance cards and immunization records) when you turn your registration form in at your church.  Your pastor needs to sign your registration and send it to the NEOLA Registrar, along with payment from the church.

Trips fill quickly, so be sure to get your registration turned in soon.  Also, the Early Bird deadline is April 30, so be sure to get forms and fees turned in before then so your church can get all the forms to the NEOLA Registrar before the Earlybird deadline passes!!!!
